Acceptable Use Policy

This is the operative policy for how PrimeWright may and may not be used. A formal legal review is scheduled, and material changes will be posted on this page.

No fraudulent bids or misrepresentation

You may not use PrimeWright to submit fraudulent bids, misrepresent your organization's capabilities, certifications, or set-aside status to a contracting officer or any government system, or otherwise misrepresent facts to the government in a solicitation, quote, or award process.

No reselling access

Your account and organization are for your own business's use. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to PrimeWright to a third party as if it were your own service.

No abusing shared infrastructure

The AI processing and SAM.gov data pipeline are shared infrastructure with per-tenant usage caps. You may not attempt to circumvent those caps, automate excessive or abusive request volume, or otherwise degrade the service for other organizations.

No unlawful content

You may not upload, generate, or store content through PrimeWright that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

No classified, CUI, or export-controlled material

PrimeWright is built to process public-record federal solicitation data from SAM.gov. You may not upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data (ITAR/EAR), or any other material you are not authorized to share with a commercial software vendor.

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion, with notice where practical. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
