Terms of Service
This is the operative agreement between you and PrimeWright, a service of Lunula Supply LLC, today. A formal legal review is scheduled, and material changes will be posted on this page.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Who you're contracting with
PrimeWright is a service of Lunula Supply LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("PrimeWright," "we," "us"). References to PrimeWright in these terms mean Lunula Supply LLC operating under the PrimeWright name.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on the plan you select. By subscribing you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel.
Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with Stripe prorating the charge for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep the features you're paying for through the period you've already paid, and the change applies starting the next cycle.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from within the product. Cancelling stops future billing; your access continues through the end of the period already paid for and does not renew after that. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full billing terms, including our no-partial-month-refund policy.
Free tier. The free tier is available without a card and includes full browsing of your matching opportunities, a daily set of bids analyzed for you at no cost with a tenant-neutral summary, and limited document opens and saved searches, as described on our pricing page. Analyzing a bid on demand with your own fit verdict is a paid feature. We may adjust free-tier limits going forward; your data is never held hostage by a limit change. Export and delete are always available regardless of plan.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, your subscription is marked past-due and we (through Stripe) will attempt to collect it; your features continue during that recovery window. If payment is never recovered, your plan reverts to the free tier. Your data is not deleted and remains exportable.
Bring-your-own API key (BYOK)
If you choose the BYOK plan or otherwise supply your own API key for a supported AI provider (currently Anthropic or OpenAI, depending on which one your organization selects), that key is yours: usage against it is billed to you directly by that provider under your own agreement with them, and any cost, rate limit, or provider-side terms are between you and that provider, not us. We store your key encrypted at rest solely to run your organization's AI jobs; see our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
Acceptable use
PrimeWright is a tool for finding, analyzing, pricing, and preparing federal bids. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes connected to that work. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying public-record data in bulk, don't attempt to access another organization's account or data, and don't interfere with the service's normal operation. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
AI-generated output is decision support, not advice
PrimeWright's analyses, verdicts, price-to-win estimates, compliance-matrix output, and any other AI-generated content are decision-support tools only. They are not legal advice, not professional advice of any kind, and not a substitute for your own review or, where appropriate, review by a qualified attorney or contracting professional. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are solely responsible for verifying any analysis before relying on it in a bid, quote, certification, or submission.
No guarantee of award
PrimeWright is a pipeline and preparation tool. It does not guarantee that you will win any contract, that any bid it helps you prepare will be accepted, or that any analysis, verdict, or price-to-win figure it produces will be accurate for your specific situation. Award decisions are made by contracting officers, not by PrimeWright. You are responsible for reviewing every bid before it is signed and submitted. Nothing is ever auto-submitted on your behalf.
No classified or controlled material
PrimeWright is built to process public-record federal solicitation data from SAM.gov. You agree never to upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or any other material you are not authorized to share with a commercial software vendor. Uploading such material is a violation of these terms.
Your account and data
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You own the data you put into PrimeWright. You may export or delete your organization's data at any time (this is never blocked by plan tier, an unpaid invoice, or account status), as described in our Privacy Policy, which also covers the cookies and analytics tools used on this site and in the app and how to control them.
Authorized users and teammates
An account owner can invite additional users into their organization and assign them roles (for example owner, member, a limited sourcing operator, or a read-only viewer) that control what each person can see and do. Everyone you invite is an authorized user acting on behalf of your organization and is bound by these Terms. Your organization is responsible for its authorized users' use of PrimeWright, for keeping that list current, and for removing anyone who should no longer have access.
Third-party data you bring in
Some features let you bring third parties into your workspace, such as inviting a vendor to reply through a private conversation link. When you input third-party data, or invite a third party into PrimeWright, you represent that you have the right to do so and to have us store and process that information on your organization's behalf, and you are responsible for giving those third parties any notice your own obligations require. We handle data submitted by third parties as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using PrimeWright and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical. On termination for any reason, you retain the right to export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted; see our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Disclaimer of warranties
PrimeWright is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeWright and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost contracts, or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, as Lunula Supply LLC is currently organized in Illinois. (Lunula Supply LLC's domestication to Florida is pending; this section will be updated if and when that changes the governing entity's home state.)
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and legal review evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date above; for significant changes affecting billing or your rights, we will also notify account holders by email.
