What is PrimeWright, exactly?
PrimeWright is an AI pipeline for federal government bidding. It pulls your matching SAM.gov opportunities daily, reads and scores every bid, prices it against real award history, and preps the quote for you to review and sign. It's a tool that runs your pipeline, not a database you have to search yourself.
Who is it for?
Small and minority-owned government contractors, solo operators and small GovCon shops, who chase bid volume across their NAICS/PSC lanes and don't have a back office or capture team to do it by hand.
Do you guarantee I'll win contracts?
No. PrimeWright is a tool, not a guarantee. It finds, analyzes, prices, and preps your bids so you can pursue more of them faster and with better information, but winning a federal contract depends on your pricing, past performance, competition, and the contracting officer's decision. Nobody can guarantee an award, and you should be skeptical of anyone who claims otherwise.
Can it auto-submit a bid for me?
No. Never, by design. PrimeWright preps the bid all the way to a signed, ready-to-send state, but a human reviews and signs every submission. Nothing leaves your account without you clicking submit.
What data does PrimeWright process?
Public-record federal solicitation data from SAM.gov, plus whatever documents you upload (company profile, certifications, past performance) to help it prep bids and forms on your behalf.
Is my data shared with other organizations on the platform?
Never. Data isolation between organizations is enforced in the database, not just in the app layer. Your bids, documents, and pricing intel are only ever visible inside your own organization.
What's a "processed bid"?
It's a bid the AI actually ran an analysis pass on: read the solicitation, checked it against your NAICS and PSC lanes, and returned a verdict. Just seeing a bid on your board doesn't count. Free accounts see a set of bids analyzed for them each day at no cost, with a tenant-neutral summary, not a personalized verdict. Paid tiers get a monthly allowance to analyze any bid on demand and see their own fit verdict.
Does PrimeWright work for state and local bids, or just federal?
Federal only, today. PrimeWright pulls from SAM.gov, the federal opportunity system. State and local contracting runs through different portals entirely, and we don't touch those yet.
How long does setup take?
Sign up, add your NAICS and PSC codes, and set up your first saved search. That's the whole setup. No onboarding call, no sales demo. From there PrimeWright pulls your matching opportunities on its own, every day.
What happens after I submit a bid?
It moves to the Submitted view: every bid at submitted, won, or lost. That view ignores the board's normal 45-day due-date window on purpose, so a bid stays visible after its deadline passes, which is what you need for watching the outcome. If you sent a bid outside the app, through a portal or your own tooling, mark it submitted with one click (an optional note for a portal name or confirmation number helps), or just tell the in-app assistant, and it's badged "Sent elsewhere" so the pipeline stays accurate.

Is SAM.gov registration really free?

How long does SAM.gov registration take?
GSA's own guidance is up to 10 business days for a clean submission to become active. The real variable is entity validation: a business name or address that doesn't match IRS records exactly triggers a manual review that can add days to several weeks. What's the difference between BYOK and a platform tier?
On the platform tiers (Starter, Pro, Team) your monthly price bundles a set amount of AI usage, billed to you as a flat fee. On BYOK, you supply your own Anthropic API key and pay Anthropic directly for usage. PrimeWright charges a flat $59/mo for the software itself (pipeline, sourcing, signing, intel), with no processed-bid cap. See pricing for the full tier breakdown.
What does it cost to run the AI myself, and can I control spend?
You set hard daily caps and hourly pacing so analysis runs steadily instead of spiking your bill, and a kill switch stops all AI jobs instantly if you need to. On BYOK, that spend goes straight to your own Anthropic account. PrimeWright never marks up or resells your tokens.
Can I cancel, export, or delete my data anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you want. You can export your data or delete your account and everything in it at any time.
Can my partner or VA have a seat?
Depends on the tier. Free and Starter are single-seat. Pro includes 3 seats, BYOK supports 1 to 3, and Team is built for 5 or more. See pricing for the full breakdown.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing gets deleted. Your subscription reverts to the free tier at the end of the period you paid for, so you keep browsing your opportunity feed under the free tier's limits. If you want your data gone entirely, you can export or delete your account anytime, cancellation or not.
Do I need my own Anthropic account on the platform tiers?
No. Starter, Pro, and Team bundle AI usage into your monthly price. You'd only need your own Anthropic key on BYOK, where you pay Anthropic directly and PrimeWright charges a flat $59/mo for the software itself.
