Billing is not yet live
PrimeWright is pre-launch — paid billing has not gone live yet. This page describes the policy that will apply once billing starts, so you know the shape of it in advance.
Cancel anytime
Every paid tier is month-to-month, with no long-term contract. You can cancel from within the product at any time.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancelling stops future billing. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then does not renew.
No partial-month refunds
We don't provide refunds or credits for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of that cycle rather than receiving a prorated refund.
