Subprocessors

This lists the third-party providers who process data on PrimeWright's behalf to run the product. It is current today; we'll update this page whenever that list changes.

Clerk	Authentication
Anthropic	AI processing (platform-tier only; BYOK keys run on your own account and never create a subprocessor relationship with Anthropic through us)
OpenAI	AI processing (platform-tier only, when your organization selects OpenAI as its AI provider; BYOK keys run on your own account and never create a subprocessor relationship with OpenAI through us)
AWS S3	File storage
Hostinger	Hosting
Google	OAuth sign-in and Gmail draft creation
Sentry	Error monitoring
Stripe	Payment processing and subscription billing. Card data is entered and stored on Stripe's own hosted checkout. It never touches our servers.
Telegram / Slack	Optional, per-tenant notification delivery. Only if you connect one of these channels yourself. No data is sent unless you've connected the channel.
Google Analytics	Marketing website: runs automatically on every pageview in Google's cookieless Consent Mode (no cookie) and upgrades to full cookie-based analytics only after you accept. Signed-in app (app.primewright.com): cookie-based analytics, loaded only after you accept the in-app consent prompt. IP anonymization is on in both places. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Microsoft Clarity	Marketing website only (not the signed-in app). Aggregate usage/heatmap analytics, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
Contentsquare	Marketing website only (not the signed-in app). Aggregate experience analytics, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
